Our Story

Jason Lesnik and Barry Fadely created Advocacy Advisors based on their shared passion for serving those who serve us — first responders and military personnel. Together, Jason and Barry have over 45 years of combined experience in the financial services industry.

Jason proudly has over 35 years of active involvement with the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company — first as a volunteer firefighter and later in administrative roles as the organization’s treasurer, vice president, and president. His first-hand experience as both a firefighter and a financial professional has helped him recognize the unique financial challenges first responders face.

Advocacy Advisors is here to help first responders understand and navigate those challenges, as well as explore the unique benefits and opportunities they have because they chose a life of service to others.
